We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s off, we’re here to help!


📦 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging

  • Tags must be intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Note: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

🔧 Damages & Issues

Received the wrong item? Something broken or faulty?

Let us know immediately upon delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Just email or call us, and we’ll swing into action!


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items just can’t swing back to the jungle:

  • Used balance bikes: Once a balance bike has been assembled and ridden, we cannot accept it for return due to safety and hygiene reasons. Please make sure you’re happy with your choice before assembling or using the product.

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or items purchased during promotional offers

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (though we rarely sell these)

🔄 Exchanges

Want something else instead? The quickest way is to return your original item (following the steps above), and place a new order separately.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • Banks and card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account

  • If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello.yomonkey@gmail.com
