At Yo! Monkey, we build bikes with love and we stand by the quality of every ride we deliver. Just like your little one, our bikes are built to explore, fall, rise again, and keep going. Here’s everything you need to know about our warranty.

What's Covered?

We offer a 12-month warranty on the bike frame, and a 6-month warranty on all plastic parts and components, starting from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship

Manufacturing faults that affect normal, safe use of the bike

This applies to the original purchaser and requires valid poroof off purchase.


What's Not Covered?

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, scratches, or faded decals)

Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse

Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme elementsAny cosmetic blemishes that do not affect safety ot rideability


What Well Do

If your warranty claim is approved, we’ll offer:

Free repair or replacement of the affected part

If the part is no longer available, a similar replacement will be provided

Please note: Shipping costs to our service center are borne by the customer. We’ll handle the return shipping at no extra charge.

Take clear photos or videos of the issue

Email them to hello@yomonkey.bike with

  1. Order number or invoice
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Your contact information

We’ll respond within 3 business days and guide you on the next steps.
